Resolved: I have been trying for 2 days to get logged on and they are not sendingg me a verification code I wait and try for a second one and they are not sending it. You can't call them anymore either.
Pogo won't send a verification code, and I think this is a terrible way to treat your customers. What can I do now?
You can't contact them at all. I don't have a clue how to contact them, and it is unfair. After I paid for my membership, I should be able to talk to someone. I was even connected to a place that charges you $5 to investigate, but I won't give them my charge information.
Is there anyone out there that can help with this? What a terrible way to run a business!

Resolved: No way to contact them
Nothing was done on their half. Not even an apology.
I would not sign up again. They never bothered to apologize or give me free extra time or anything.
No one answered but they want me to pay someone to resolve the problem. You can't even email them anymore.
It looks like no one is in charge. I kept sending a request for a code which I never received. I must have sent about 50 requests for a code and no answer and no code.
I am very disgusted that they treat a long time member like this. But it was no problem to take my money to renew my membership.

Cancel account
I was just chatting on chat box with Ellen or Pearl chat box and she told me I had to fill out a form and pay $5 to cancel my account as I am trying to cancel it because I cannot afford it. Why is there a 5$ fee to cancel my account?

They do not help at all. They are trying to blame the customer for the problem when it clearly lies on their end.
I have several friends and family who have the same problem. They can not get into the game Jungle Gin on Pogo
No one answers your customer service phone and it does NOT LET YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE!!! I called 3 times to no avail. I haveben a paying customer for years.
