Resolved: Cancelation
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got into the acct canceled the up coming renewal. They offered no apology refund nothing said they were extremely busy.
Preferred solution: An apology and my just have them close to 200$ over 4 years and she wasn't even mentally or physically able to play

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They did absolutely nothing no refund of 4 years for my elderly aunt I was finally able to get subscription canceled my self. They gave nothing but run around.
Preferred solution: I want my senile aunts subscription canceled she hadn't played in years and gets charged 39 anually

POGO Frustration
I recently cancelled my membership and
I recently cancelled my membership and removed my payment information from my account. Pogo reached back into their stored information and reactivated my membership.
The bank said that it was legal because I had already given them my information. I don't like POGO. It isn't what it used to be. The games are rigged and very difficult, the badges are impossible and there isn't enough time.
I had to make my profile private because of all the perverted friend request that I am getting. The chat rooms are highly censored and there is no free speech. If you say anything at all to raise a single hair on anyone's head, you are reported and threatened by POGO with account termination. You have no right to defend yourself or see the evidence against you.
It is a very bad platform. Stay Away
