No one answered but they want me to pay someone to resolve the problem. You can't even email them anymore.
It looks like no one is in charge. I kept sending a request for a code which I never received. I must have sent about 50 requests for a code and no answer and no code.
I am very disgusted that they treat a long time member like this. But it was no problem to take my money to renew my membership.
Fix what I asked them to fix in the bonus round to make it the way wheel of fortune works in the tv version of the bonus round.
