So EA is a large computer game conglomerate that owns hundreds if not thousands of different games and platforms and yet they charge a yearly fee (and in game purchases) for games that rarely load or work properly, non existant customer service, and constantly accuse the players that is their computers or systems that its their faults for having outdated systems.They take money from hundreds of thousands of subscribers and do not provide and tech support or fixes to known bugs or issues.

What are they doing with the money other than pocketing it.Not only do I not recommend subscribing I think they should refund all their current subscribers.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Large variety of games.

I didn't like: Unreliable, Never fix any of the issues and blame the customers, Customer service, Poor quality.
